Join us on Saturday, 9 July for the ultimate truffle experience as we partner with Amuri Truffiere and give centre stage to Perigord Black Truffles grown right here in Canterbury. Incomparably earthy and delicious, the finest and freshest black truffles will feature throughout the evening in a 5-course dinner.
Highlights from the extraordinary menu will include: Truffle Risotto with Prosciutto and Smoked Mount Eliza Cheddar; Beef Wellington with Truffle Bordelaise and Yam Gratin; and even a Poached Granny Smith Apple "Delight" with Truffle and Hazelnut Ice Cream.
Premium North Canterbury wines will be paired with each dish to complement the complex flavours of the Perigord Black truffle.
