Join us for dinner on 25 May for a one-of-a-kind evening showcasing the best of two Canterbury legends: Greystone Wines and Otahuna Lodge.
This special event will feature Greystone winemaker Dom Maxwell and Chef Cameron Woodhouse alongside Otahuna Lodge’s own Executive Chef Jimmy McIntyre.
Jimmy and Cameron will each design and present two of the evening's four courses, focussing on their favourite autumnal ingredients. Meanwhile, Dom will introduce multiple prized vintages displaying the extraordinary complexity and texture of Greystone’s adventurous wines.
Included in the tariff of $295 per person are:
- 6:00PM arrival with wine and canapés served in the Lodge’s Drawing Room and Entry Hall
- An exquisite 4-course degustation dinner, designed by chefs Jimmy McIntyre and Cameron Woodhouse and served in the Otahuna Ballroom at shared tables
- A curated selection of 6 pours of Greystone’s wines including the sampling of reserve vintages
- Tea and coffee

Best of all, dinner guests who would like to spend the night of 25 May at the Lodge will enjoy the preferential rate of $1400.00 including breakfast the following morning ($1990.00 total cost for 2 guests including dinner and accommodation).
